Mykhailo Oleksiyovych Lopatin (1 July 1940, Mogilev region, Belarus – 25 April 2022) was a Ukrainian military officer and scientist. Colonel General. Commander of the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine (1992–1996). Candidate of Military Sciences.
Biography
He died on 25 April 2022.[1]

- Diploma of Honor of the Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba,
