Nindu Hrudayalu (transl. Whole Hearts) is 1969 Telugu-language action drama film, produced by M. Jagannatha Rao for S.V.S. Films, directed by K. Viswanath. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Sobhan Babu, Vanisri with music by T. V. Raju.[1] This film was K. Viswanath's breakthrough work.[2]
Plot
Veeraju is portrayed as a thug forging counterfeit currency with his mates Prasad and Kamini, using a design by Sridhar. He slays Sridhar, for which his son Gopi seeks vengeance. Kamini poisons Prasad, but rears his daughter Sarada.
Veeraju meets his wife Janaki when the cops seize her. Their son Chitti Babu is raised alone and is befriended by Maruti, an orphan who calls him Ramu. Gopi joins them and they become a family. Years later the bond of the three is strong; they are tenants at the residence of Govindaiah. Gopi pretends to be the honor-seeking Raja Shekaram, and poses Kamini and Sarada as his wife and daughter. Sarada is a doctor who falls for Gopi. Meanwhile, Janaki works as a maid for Govindaiah. Someone tries to molest her, but the three stop him.
She then lives with them, offering motherly affection. Ramu crushes on Govindaiah’s vain daughter Lalitha. Maruti loves court dancer Geeta. Janaki spots Veeraju, but stays behind, misjudging his current family. Raja Shekaram entices Geeta. When Gopi shields her she backs him. On the verge of slaughter, Janaki stops when she recognizes him. Maruti connects with Geeta and integrates with the family, which envies Lalitha.
Shockingly, Prasad is alive as a lunatic and is cared for by Sarada. One night, Janaki approaches Rajashekaram and he tries to get her to eliminate Gopi. After she returns, Lalitha charges her when a rupture arises, and the three spilt. Gopi feels something is fishy and undoes the tie in various forms of disguise. Janaki recognizes Ramu. Likewise, Sarada also knows her past and is nearing Prasad. Janaki dies while guarding Gopi and pleading with him to quit her husband. Veeraju reforms after soul-searching and surrenders. The movie ends with the reunion of the three.
