Oliver Webber (born 26 June 2000) is a professional footballer who plays for Glentoran as a goalkeeper. Born in England, he represents Northern Ireland at youth international level.

Club career

Born in Portsmouth,[1] Webber spent his early career with Northern Irish clubs Ards Rangers and Glentoran.[2] He joined Crystal Palace in 2016.[3] After a loan spell with Dover Athletic in January 2021,[4] he signed for Portsmouth in January 2022.[3][5]

He returned to Glentoran in July 2022.[6][7] Webber was described as a "hero" after saving two penalties in the County Antrim Shield in September 2023,[8][9] and first choice goalkeeper Aaron McCarey said that Webber deserved his chance in the first-team.[10]

International career

Webber is a Northern Ireland under-21 youth international,[1][11] having previously played at under-17 and under-19 levels.[12]
