Paraburkholderia sediminicola is a gram-negative, catalase and oxidase-positive rod-shaped motile bacterium from the genus Paraburkholderia and the family Burkholderiaceae which was isolated from freshwater sediment.[4] Colonies of Paraburkholderia sediminicola are creamy white in colour.[4]
