Pasandeh-ye Olya (Persian: پسنده عليا, also Romanized as Pasandeh-ye ‘Olyā; also known as Pasandeh-ye Bālā)[3] is a village in Langarud-e Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Abbasabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 622 in 175 households, when it was in the former Langarud Rural District of the former Abbasabad District of Tonekabon County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 638 people in 207 households,[5] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Abbasabad County.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 711 people in 252 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
