Paul R. Andrews (1926-1983) was an American publisher.

Biography

Paul R. Andrews was born in 1906 in Canada.[1] He received an undergraduate degree from Norwich University cum laude degree.[2][1]

His career at Prentice-Hall, a publisher and tax service provider, spanned four decades, starting as a college book representative in 1935, became its CEO in 1965, and culminating in his retirement as chairman in 1975.[2][1] A native of Boston and Vermont, Andrews served on the board of Norwich University, as well as on those of the American Textbook Publishers Institute and the National Association of College Stores.[2]
