Pir (Hungarian: Szilágypér, Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈsilaːɟpeːr]) is a commune of 1,780 inhabitants situated in Satu Mare County, Crișana, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Pir, Piru Nou (Kispér) and Sărvăzel (Peleszarvad).
