Reception

Jeevi of Idlebrain.com wrote that "The best thing about this film is that it is a clean comedy film. The comedy in Telugu films has transformed as the generations passed by. The comedy in present day's films is very much fast and quirky compared to that of 'Preminchukundam Pelliki Randi'".[2] A critic from Indiaglitz wrote that "Relangi Narasimha Rao, despite his nous for comedy flicks, has failed in this film. He allows the film to drag through some unimaginative screenplay".[3] A critic from Full Hyderabad wrote that "In all, this one can be ignored. But that can be difficult when you're the only one in the hall with nothing but the movie to keep you company".[4]
