Qeblehi Rural District (Persian: دهستان قبلهای) is in the Central District of Dezful County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Shahrak-e Mohammad Ebn-e Jafar.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 25,108 in 5,121 households.[3] There were 27,163 inhabitants in 6,477 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 28,353 in 7,791 households. The largest of its 50 villages was Shahrak-e Mohammad Ebn-e Jafar, with 4,873 people.[2]
