Ram Jaipal College is a Post Graduate, NAAC Accrediated College in Chhapra, Saran, Bihar, India.[1] It is a constituent unit of Jai Prakash University.[2] The college offers intermediate, three years degree course (TDC) in arts and science and PG Degree in four subjects namely Physics, Zoology, Political Science and History. It also has NCC and NSS wings.
History
- The college was established in the year 1971 by former deputy chief ministers of Bihar Ram Jaipal Singh Yadav.[3][4]
- Under the leadership of Hira Lal Rai (Founder Principal of this college), this college got its shape by the grace of Ram Jaipal Singh Yadav (Former deputy chief ministers of Bihar). The college is spread over 3.2 Acres of land, located at Dak Bunglow Road which is at the heart of Chhapra, Bihar.
