Robert R. Gray (born c.1855) was a teacher and state legislator in North Carolina.[1] He served in the North Carolina House and Senate. He attended Saint Augustine College in Raleigh.[2]

In 1883 when he was 28 years old, he represented Edgecombe County in the North Carolina Senate.[3][1] He was African American.[4] He lived in Tarboro, North Carolina.[1]
