Rudno (Hungarian: Turócrudnó) is a village and municipality in Turčianske Teplice District in the Žilina Region of northern central Slovakia.
History
In historical records, the village was first mentioned in 1343.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 510 metres (1,670 ft) and covers an area of 7.278 square kilometres (2.810 sq mi). It has a population of about 227 people.
