Rules Ranjann is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language romantic action drama film written and directed by Rathinam Krishna. The film features Kiran Abbavaram and Neha Shetty in lead roles.[1] It was released on 6 October 2023.[2] The film opened to negative reviews from critics and was a box office bomb.
Plot
A job-seeking graduate from a rural background finds employment in a Mumbai IT office, adopting an arbitrary approach to logic and eventually becoming a stringent enforcer of rules, even towards his own boss. Similar absurdities unfold in his apartment complex, marked by illogical sequences. The return of a college crush prompts him to revisit his village in an attempt to rekindle their relationship.

Release and reception
Rules Ranjann was initially scheduled to be released on 28 September 2023 but was later postponed and released on 6 October 2023.[3][2] The film is available on Aha and Amazon prime video
the film received negative reviews and was declared a box office bomb123Telugu rated the film 2.25 out of 5 and cited it as "silly and excessively exaggerated".[4] Naresh Kota of NTV rated the film 1.5 out of 5 and opined that the screenplay and story were outdated, with over-the-top performances being the major negative factor.[5]
