Sivkanlu Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيوكانلو) is in the Central District of Shirvan County, North Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Honameh.[3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,501 in 1,877 households.[4] There were 6,388 inhabitants in 1,830 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,350 in 2,019 households. The largest of its 30 villages was Owghaz Tazeh, with 670 people.[2]
