1985 shooting

On November 26, 1985, 14-year-old Heather Smith shot two boys fatally, including her ex-boyfriend, then killed herself with a .22 caliber rifle at the school.[2][3][4]

The shooting is the third-deadliest middle school shooting in the United States, after the Westside middle school shooting that occurred thirteen years later, and the Frontier Middle School shooting in 1996.
