The Tórshavn Theater Society (Faroese: Havnar Sjónleikarfelag) is a theater association in Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands.[1] The society operates the Tórshavn Theater (Faroese: Sjónleikarhúsið, 62°00′46″N 6°46′34″W / 62.0128°N 6.7761°W / 62.0128; -6.7761), which was designed and built by H. C. W. Tórgarð in 1926.[2] Tórgarð also became the society's first chairman in 1918.[3] The Tórshavn Theater is also rented out for events.
