Tabar Rural District (Persian: دهستان طبر) is in Jolgeh Shoqan District of Jajarm County, North Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Tabar.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,012 in 1,375 households.[4] There were 4,711 inhabitants in 1,460 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,175 in 1,398 households. The largest of its 15 villages was Chahar Bid, with 1,329 people.[2]
