Tetrarhanis ilma is a butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of primary forests.

  • T. i. lathyi (Joicey & Talbot, 1921) (Democratic Republic of the Congo: Kivu, Tanzania)
