The Toledo Redmen are a defunct American basketball team based in Toledo, Ohio that were champions of the National Basketball League during the 1929/30 season.[1][2]
Players for the Toledo Redmen included Red Brandes, Pip Koehler, Fred Jacobs, Lloyd Goldstein, Len Sheppard, Ken Failine, Gil Ely, Cookie Cunningham, and Chuck Gillium.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
For the 1930/31 season, the team was known as the Toledo Red Men Tobaccos, where they played in the American Basketball League, with 12 wins and 24 losses in that season.[9]
