Unión Femenina de Chile, was a women's organization in Chile, founded in 1928. [1]
The Unión Femenina de Chile was founded by Graciela Lacoste Navarro in 1928. It had been suggested in 1927, when women had celebrated the 1877 reform that allowed women to study at the university.
The organization campaigned for women's rights and emancipation, women's social, financial and educational rights, as well as for women's suffrage.
