"This week, three South Jerseyans started an FM station in Ocean City playing a mix of adult contemporary and Top 40 music. The FCC offered the call letters WDVR at 98 3 on the FM dial. 'That sounded good,' says Chuck Kramer of Atlantic City, who doubles as WDVR's morning disc jockey and general manager. The station is a 3.000-watt flea serving Atlantic and Cumberland counties, a crowded radio market with a dozen or so FM stations."
