Yoo Doo Right is a Canadian post-rock band from Montreal, Quebec.[1] Named for the Can song "Yoo Doo Right", the band's music is influenced by krautrock and shoegaze styles.[1]
The band, consisting of Justin Cober on guitar, synthesizers and vocals, Charles Masson on bass and John Talbot on drums and percussion, released its debut album Don’t Think You Can Escape Your Purpose in 2021,[2] and followed up with A Murmur, Boundless to the East in 2022.[3]
A Murmur, Boundless to the East was longlisted for the 2023 Polaris Music Prize.[4]
