Zwierzyniec (Polish pronunciation: [zvjɛˈʐɨɲɛt͡s]) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Białowieża, within Hajnówka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Białowieża, 12 km (7 mi) east of Hajnówka, and 60 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Białystok.
