二碲化钒

二碲化钒是一种无机化合物化学式为VTe2,是钒和碲形成的化合物之一。它可由化学计量比在高温下化合得到。[1]三氯化钒和碲的APCVD反应可以用于生长二碲化钒单晶[2]
