因2019冠狀病毒病疫情而放棄參加2020年夏季奧林匹克運動會的選手列表

下列顯示因2019冠狀病毒病疫情而放棄參加2020年夏季奧林匹克運動會的選手列表。其中在網球等項目中，有媒體指出部分對於參加奧運不感興趣的選手會以2019冠狀病毒病疫情作為拒絕參賽的藉口[1][2]。除整體退賽外，還有20位選手也退賽。

盡管往屆多數奧運會都會有人退賽，但是多出於個人或傷病等合理理由，部分體育項目為尊重其他選手權益一般不允許選手無故退賽。與此類似的事在上一屆奧運會也因為類似的情形有18位選手退賽。
