爱丽森·阿什莉·阿姆（英語：，1996年4月25日—）是一位美国女演员，她在美国迪士尼频道制播的一部美国儿童情境喜剧《加油！桑妮》中饰演劳拉·兰斯特（Zora Lancaster）而出名。

早年

个人生活
作为善待动物组织的支持者，也来自她的素食主义家庭，她从五岁起也成为一名素食主义者。11岁時，成为纯素主义者。[2]
2014年12月，阿姆開始與迪倫·雷麗·斯耐德約會。兩人在2019年1月1日訂婚，並在2019年9月19日結婚。
