甲烷螺菌属（学名：）為甲烷微菌目甲烷螺菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。可在牛的瘤胃或厌氧消化器中分离到。此属的模式种为亨氏甲烧螺菌(Methanospirillum hungatei)。
