盖碗茶

盖碗茶是回族傳統飲茶習俗，盖碗茶用的茶杯稱為蓋碗，有盖无把，是古代的式样，茶中不仅有茶叶，还有枸杞、冰糖、枣等各种其他作料。[1][2]
