书带薹草（学名：）为莎草科薹草属的植物。分布在日本以及中国大陆的江苏、浙江、河南、安徽等地，生长于海拔1,000米至2,850米的地区，多生长于林下或湿润草地，目前尚未由人工引种栽培。
