2023–24年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽B
2023–24年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽B是2023–24年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽中第二級級別的聯賽，是這項由 41 個中北美洲及加勒比海足球協會成員國男子國家隊角逐的國際足球賽事第三個球季。[1] 賽事在2023年9月7日至2023年11月21日期間舉行。[2][3]

賽制
與聯賽A和C不同，聯賽B賽制上維持不變。一共有 16 支球隊角逐，他們會被分成四個小組，每組有四隊。各隊會以主客雙循環制形成進行對賽，在2023年9月、10月和11月的國際賽期進行賽事。每組的首名球隊會升班到2024–25年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽A，而每組第四位球隊會降班到2024–25年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽C。[1]
球隊
一共十六支球隊會在聯賽B角逐，當中包括參與2022–23年聯賽B的其中十二隊，與及四支從2022–23年聯賽C升班球隊。因應聯賽A擴大至 16 支球參與，所以上季聯賽B並沒有球隊需要降班到聯賽C，意即2022–23年四支小組第四位均會本屆賽事中持維在聯賽B中。

尼加拉瓜 had originally qualified for promotion to 聯賽A as winners of C組 of 聯賽B in the previous season, but were disqualified for fielding an ineligible player. As a result, on 12 June 2023, they were replaced by Trinidad and Tobago in 聯賽A and Nicaragua were relegated to replace Trinidad and Tobago in 聯賽B.[4]
從聯賽C升班球隊
Saint Kitts and Nevis and Saint Lucia returned to the 聯賽B after a one-season absence. Puerto Rico and Sint Maarten reached the second division of the CONCACAF Nations League for the first time after spending the first two seasons in 聯賽C.

各個檔次球隊在2023年5月2日獲得確定。十六支聯賽B球隊會根據2023年3月31日的CONCACAF排名被分成四個檔次，每個檔次有四隊。[5]

- The order of matches between Dominican Republic and Montserrat were reversed from the original schedule.[8][17]
- Montserrat will play their home match against Nicaragua at the Wildey Turf stadium in Wildey (Barbados) due to flight issues.[18]
- The Barbados v Dominican Republic match, originally scheduled at 19:00 EDT (UTC−4),[9] was re-scheduled to 20:00 EDT.[19]
- The Dominican Republic v Barbados match, originally scheduled at Estadio Complejo Deportivo Moca 86 in Moca, 20:00 EDT (UTC−4),[9] was rescheduled at the Estadio Cibao FC in Santiago de los Caballeros, 22:00 EDT due to heavy rainfall in the city of Moca.[21]
- The Nicaragua v Dominican Republic match, originally scheduled on 20 November 2023,[3] was rescheduled to be played on 21 November 2023.[10]
- The Bermuda v French Guiana match, originally scheduled at 19:30 EDT (UTC−4),[8] was re-scheduled to 16:00 EDT.[23]
- The Belize v Saint Vincent and the Grenadines match, originally scheduled at 17:00 EDT (UTC−4),[8] was re-scheduled to 16:00 EDT.[23]
- Belize played their home match against Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at the Stade Pierre-Aliker in Fort-de-France (Martinique) following a joint decision of both the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) and the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF) to play on a neutral venue due to both federations expressed having "flight issues” in getting to their destination for their next matches on 12 September.[24][25]
- The French Guiana v Saint Vincent and the Grenadines match, originally scheduled on 17 October 2023, 15:00 EDT (UTC−4),[9] was re-scheduled to 16 October 2023, 19:00 EDT.
- The French Guiana v Saint Vincent and the Grenadines match, originally scheduled at Stade Municipal Dr. Edmard Lama, Remire-Montjoly was re-scheduled to be played at the Stade Pierre-Aliker in Fort-de-France (Martinique) due to the French Guiana's home stadium field did not meet CONCACAF requirements.[28][29]
- French Guiana will play their home match against Bermuda at the Stade Pierre-Aliker in Fort-de-France (Martinique) due to the field of their regular home stadium Stade Municipal Dr. Edmard Lama, Remire-Montjoly did not meet CONCACAF requirements.[30]
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will play their home match against Belize at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium in St. George's (Grenada).
- Puerto Rico played their home match against Antigua and Barbuda at the Thomas Robinson Stadium in Nassau (Bahamas) due to their home stadiums (Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium in Bayamón and Mayagüez Athletics Stadium in Mayagüez) were undergoing renovation.[31]
- The Puerto Rico v Guyana match, originally scheduled at the Centro de Desarrollo de Fútbol del Oeste in Añasco,[9] was re-scheduled at the SKNFA Technical Center in Basseterre (Saint Kitts y Nevis) due to the Puerto Rico home stadiums were undergoing renovation.[32]
- The Guyana v Puerto Rico match, originally scheduled at the Synthetic Track and Field Facility in Leonora,[9] was re-scheduled at the SKNFA Technical Center in Basseterre (Saint Kitts y Nevis) due to the Guyana's stadiums did not meet CONCACAF requirements.[34][35]
- Referee Benjamín Pineda from 哥斯達黎加, who was originally assigned to the Guyana v Puerto Rico match,[36] was replaced by the fourth official Sergio Rozenhout from Suriname.
- The Bahamas–Guyana match was postponed from its original start time (19 November at 17:00) due to multiple days of adverse weather.[37]
