匈牙利語
詞源
源自原始芬蘭-烏戈爾語 (“春天”)，[1][2]與芬蘭語 、茲梁科米語 (tulys)、烏得穆爾特語 (tulys)、曼西語組同源。或可能與突厥語族有關，如楚瓦什語 tu-、tăv-，或諾蓋語 tuv-（“出生，生下”）。[3]匈牙利語 tavasz（詞根 tava- + 名詞後綴 -sz，相同後綴的對比）原義也為“出生”。[3]
