  • 陽性形 twēġen 基本不用於複雜數字中。如“22個男人”是 twā and twēntiġ manna, 非 *twēġen and twēntiġ, “第22個人”是 se twā and twēntigoþa mann, 儘管 mann （“人”）是陽性名詞。
  • 詩歌用語中，中性名詞一般接 tū。但在散文中，一般以 twā 的形式出現，尤其是晚期西薩克遜方言的散文， tū 幾乎不出現。
