The 2006 PGA EuroPro Tour was the fifth season of the PGA EuroPro Tour, a third-tier tour recognised by the European Tour.

Order of Merit
The Order of Merit was based on prize money won during the season, calculated in Pound sterling.[3] The top five players on the Order of Merit (not otherwise exempt) earned status to play on the 2007 Challenge Tour.[4]
