Before Proclamation of Winners
On May 16, 2007, hundreds of supporters of Eusebio and Jaworski gathered around Pasig City Hall. The supporters trooped because of fear that cheating would occur in the canvassing of ballots by the Commission on Elections' Board of Canvassers.[5]
