The 2023 Ýokary Liga is the 31st season of the Ýokary Liga, Turkmenistan's top division of association football.
The champions were determined on the 23rd matchday, 3 December 2023. FC Arkadag claimed their first championship title in Turkmenistan Higher League, defeating FC Altyn Asyr 4–0.[4] FK Arkadag won the Turkmenistan Higher League in 2023 without losing a single match.[5] This feat came within a run of 24 league matches unbeaten from 18 April 2023[6] to 20 December 2023,[7] a national record.[8][9] The first team ever in Turkmenistan to do so in a 24-game league season. FC Altyn Asyr finished second to FC Arkadag.
Season events
Prior to the start of the season, the Football Federation of Turkmenistan announced that the league season would consist of 9 teams, consist of three rounds, and begin on 14 April.[10]

9 teams competed in the league – the top 8 teams from the previous season and created in April 2023 FC Arkadag.[11] This was FC Arkadag first season in the Ýokary Liga.
