The 2024 County Championship is the 124th cricket County Championship season in England and Wales.[1][2] As in 2023, Division One had ten teams and Division Two had eight teams.The season will start on 5 April and finish on 29 September 2024.[3][4][5] Surrey are the defending champions.[6][7][8]
