Afrineh Rural District (Persian: دهستان افرينه) is in Mamulan District of Pol-e Dokhtar County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,576 in 1,559 households.[3] There were 7,090 inhabitants in 1,775 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,893 in 1,931 households. The largest of its 56 villages was Afrineh, with 1,944 people.[2]
