Brez (Italian: [ˈbrets]; Nones: Breć; German: Bretz or Britsch) was a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of Trento.
Geography
As of 31 December 2006, it had a population of 801 and an area of 18.9 square kilometres (7.3 sq mi).[3]
Brez borders the following municipalities: Castelfondo, Cloz, Dambel, Fondo, Sarnonico, and Laurein.
