The Central District of Abadeh County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان آباده) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Abadeh.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 87,203 in 23,387 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 92,957 people in 28,463 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 100,831 inhabitants in 31,672 households.[2]

In July 2018, Bahman Rural District, Khosrow Shirin Rural District, Bahman, and Soghad were separated from the Central District in the establishment of the new Bahman and Soghad District.[6]
