The Central District of Farashband County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان فراشبند) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Farashband.[3]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 30,817 in 6,739 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 32,565 people in 8,259 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 35,576 inhabitants in 9,806 households.[2]
