Chýstovice is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 40 inhabitants.
Chýstovice lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 43 km (27 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 74 km (46 mi) south-east of Prague.
