Elena Sofía Motta Kolleff (born 19 September 2000) is a Guatemalan politician and political scientist.[1] A member of Semilla party,[2] she is member-elect of the Congress of Guatemala for Guatemala City district, having been elected in 2023 general election.[3] She will take office on 14 January 2024 and will become the youngest female member of Congress to take office in the Guatemalan legislative history,[1] surpassing Andrea Villagrán, who took office at age 25.[4]
