Esmailiyeh-ye Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسماعیلیه جنوبی) is in Esmailiyeh District of Ahvaz County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Beyt-e Vavi.[3]

After the National Census of 2011, Esmailiyeh Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Esmailiyeh District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,074 in 1,630 households. The largest of its 22 villages was Beyt-e Vavi, with 1,548 people.[2]
