Farasfaj (Persian: فرسفج, also Romanized as Farsafaj and Faresfaj; also known as Farsfīj)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Qolqol Rud District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 1,608 in 443 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,721 people in 486 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,526 people in 457 households.[2]
