Qolqol Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلقل رود) is in Qolqol Rud District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,221 in 1,469 households.[3] There were 5,842 inhabitants in 1,695 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,686 in 1,429 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Chasht Khvoreh, with 681 people.[2]
