Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is in Chah Morid District of Kahnuj County, Kerman province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Chah Hajji.
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 10,491 in 2,180 households.[4] There were 5,435 inhabitants in 1,335 households at the following census of 2011,[5] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Chah Morid District.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,232 in 1,430 households. The largest of its 24 villages was Deh-e Hut, with 1,198 people.[2]
