Kelarabad-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان کلارآباد غربی) is in Salmanshahr District of Abbasabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,771 in 2,196 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Karatkuti, with 1,805 people.[2]
