Khenejin Rural District (Persian: دهستان خنجین) is in Khenejin District of Farahan County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District of Komijan County) was 10,317 in 2,611 households.[3] There were 5,897 inhabitants in 1,793 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Farahan County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,838 in 884 households. The largest of its nine villages was Salimabad, with 991 people.[2]
