Kunani Rural District (Persian: دهستان کونانی) is in Kunani District of Kuhdasht County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 11,596 in 2,364 households.[3] There were 7,160 inhabitants in 1,765 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,665 in 1,827 households. The largest of its 23 villages was Baba Gerd Ali, with 1,265 people.[2]
