Kurka (Persian: كوركا, also Romanized as Kūrkā; also known as Kūrpī)[3] is a village in, and the former capital of, Kurka Rural District of the Central District of Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,206 in 635 households.[2]
